Come and listen to (and dance if the mood takes you) Greek-Brazilian Pavlos Carvalho (cello), Corina Piatti (vocals), Mark Troop (piano) and Jonathan Truscott (violin) and relive the early days of tango in Buenos Aires, the tangomania of interwar Europe and the takeover of the Athenian music scenes by Greek tangos.
The programme includes works by Astor Piazzolla (Libertango, Oblivion, Four Seasons) that have taken the world by storm and made Piazzolla a household name.
