Love Cyprus, Learn Cyprus
***** THE DEADLINE TO APPLY IS 9 MAY 2016 *****
The NEPOMAK Young Community Leader program is a distant learning program with the aim to introduce students to the history of Cyprus from antiquity to this day.
‘An introduction to the history of Cyprus,’ is sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cyprus, which means you won’t have to pay a penny!
This unique course is delivered by the Open University of Cyprus through long distance learning, using educational materials produced by leading experts and designed especially for overseas Cypriots. You will learn about the antiquity period all the way through Cypriot history until the present day, culminating in a fascinating trip to Cyprus (a small contribution will be required) to discover all the historical sites you have studied.
Applications are now open for the September 2016 – May 2017 programme. A (non-mandatory) subsidised trip to Cyprus for all participants will follow in the end of June/beginning of July 2017.
