A Physical Masterclass:
Building Confidence in Who We Are
For 2 hours we will focus on exercises about:
- Building confidence with your body, your voice, and the people around you.
We will learn specific exercises to release tension from the muscles, relax the body, learn how to breath correctly during stressful presentations.
Status games: how can one feel confident in a public environment and out of one’s comfort zone.
Acting exercises and improvisations: how can you best use your body language, your voice’s volume, pitch and rhythm to best present yourself in a public situation.
If you want to learn the tricks that actors use to feel confident in front of many people, or if you just want to have fun trying something new, then come along!
This is a workshop addressed to non-actors (specifically targeted to entrepreneurs, lawyers, business people and anyone who wants to build more tools and skills about public speaking).
Cost of the Masterclass: £30
