CYTA UK PRESENTS – ALL DAY GREEK FESTIVAL
On Saturday the 15th of October 2016 Brighton Greeks together with the Hellenic Societies of Sussex and Brighton University will be organising the first of its kind All Day Greek Festival!
The festival has a variety of activities running throughout the day, including an art exhibition, a concert with Alkinoos Ioannides, sports tournament, food & music and a Greek club night which will mark the end of our festivities!

The popular artist Alkinoos Ioannides will begin his UK tour by giving a unique performance at the Brighton Dome Corn Exchange as part of his Small Suitcase tour, the album he dedicated to “both those forced to leave their homeland and those who feel their homeland has deserted them”. Doors open at 19:30 PM on Saturday evening. He is joined by some of Greece’s most respected soloists:
Yiorgos Kaloudis: Acoustic cello, Cretan lyra
Manolis Pappos: Bouzouki, Lute
Fotis Siotas: Violin
Dimitris Tsekouras: Double bass
